The Pre-Design Process

You click the "I'm ready!" button and complete the form. I review your details, and we schedule a phone call to chat more about your project.
Hearing about you, what you do and the vision you have for your project is extremely important to the process. When you work with us you have access to your designer via text directly to communicate easily and keep you at ease throughout the process.
You will receive a written breakdown of details and pricing for your project. For larger projects like websites and branding you, we both sign a contract to seal the deal.
Once we both agree on the terms of the project, you pay a deposit, start your payment plan, or pay in full to lock in your design start date.
gather materials
week 1
As your design date approaches, you will be gathering materials for your project. Any media or copy (verbiage) we use will be shared in a Google Doc and Google Drive or Dropbox that we share with you. If you need recommendations for photographers, stock images or guidance in the process, we are just a text away.

week 2
Onboarding. Make sure all the materials are ready to go for your project.
Ideation. We create a mood board and if we are doing a website, a map of the pages.
